Job Summary:
HR Reinvention is a team of HR Professionals who specialize in select areas within HR to help our clients target and deliver values for their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model, and can be deployed globally - onsite, near shore and offshore.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Led HR transformation projects across multiple clients and projects, including solution design, execution oversight, and ensuring alignment with client business objective through engagement with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Own engagement management, including planning, budgeting, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across workstreams.
- Lead business development efforts collaborating across market groups to build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring account growth and repeat business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including coaching, performance management, and capability development of team members.
- Own and drive practice growth initiatives, including improving productivity, utilization, geographic penetration, and supporting headcount growth while managing attrition and team engagement.
- Contribute to domain development, including creation of assets, methodologies, point-of-view, research/white papers, and supporting marketing, public speaking, and industry publications.
- Develop and Leverage AI-enabled tools and solutions to enhance delivery quality, productivity, and innovation across engagements.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience post Masters
Educational Qualification: Fulltime Master’s degree/ MBA
