ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the entire technology stack. You will own features from concept through production, crafting responsive front-end experiences, robust back-end services, and well-designed APIs while collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps in a fast-paced Agile environment. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who takes end-to-end ownership, writes clean and testable code, and enjoys turning complex requirements into reliable, high-performing products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end layers.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, translating UX/UI designs into production-ready code.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices that are well-documented, versioned, and easy to consume.
- Model, query, and optimize relational and NoSQL data stores to ensure data integrity and performance at scale.
- Own features end-to-end requirements, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code; participate actively in peer code reviews and pair programming.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites to enable frequent, reliable releases.
- Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ensure application security, observability, and performance through logging, monitoring, and proactive optimization.
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards, reusable components, and technical decision-making.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 7+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
- Strong proficiency in a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) with solid HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals.
- Strong back-end development experience in one or more of: Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python, .NET, or Go.
- Proven experience designing, building, and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Solid working knowledge of both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and at least one major cloud platform.
- Demonstrated experience delivering software in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong automated testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE-TO-HAVE)
- Experience in Data Engineering, building data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow, and working with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures at scale.
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Exposure to analytics, data-heavy, or enterprise SaaS products.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Front-End: React / Angular / Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, state management (Redux/NgRx), responsive & accessible design
- Back-End: Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python, or .NET; REST, GraphQL, microservices
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis; data modelling and query optimization
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Testing: Jest, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit / PyTest; TDD and automated test pipelines
- Tooling & Collaboration: Git, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Agile/Scrum boards
