Employee Relations & Policies Manager

We are looking for a Employee Relations & Policies Manager to deliver all employee and labor relations related activities within a GU. The main functions are:
Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area.
Serve as the escalation point on policy and process.
Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations.
Identify need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes.
Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees.

Requirements:
Degree in Labor Sciences, Law or Diploma in Labor Relations.
Related experience of at least 5 years managing large – medium sized teams and/or work efforts
Extensive experience in leadership, team management and communications skills
Management of dialogue and negotiation with social partners (works councils, trade unions)
Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
Computer skills: Office package, Sharepoint, Outlook, Workday
English C1
