8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS​

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Participate across all phases of transformation projects
• Identify scope, define requirements, and develop functional/technical specifications
• Build and support proof of concepts, estimates, and solution designs
• Lead and coordinate implementation efforts
• Support organizational change and adoption
• Act as a subject matter expert with strong domain knowledge
