The work:
- Responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end.
- Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.
- Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Tampa or Dallas.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 10 years of Oracle HCM experience with expertise in Cloud Core HR.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience),
Bonus point if:
- Advanced proficiency in BPM Strategy & Solutions,
- Business Operation Management,
- Business Process Design, and
- Business Process Implementation
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
