Job Title – Corporate Mobility Analyst, 11 (Analyst)

Good to have skills: Knowledge of immigration and travel industry practices, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel booking systems, would be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
- Mobility team is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. Working as part of the Mobility, the role demands that he/she will be required to collect complete documentation from assignees and handle any Mobility queries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing Business & Work visas, ensuring the complete collection of all necessary documentation for invitation letters and work permit applications
- Respond with complete solution to queries on visas (if needs with help of Senior Analysts/Specialists) within SLA.
- Real time update of visa trackers and tools with each step and weekly update on work permit status to applicants
- Coach and guide the team members who are at Level 13 and Level 12. Monitor the Team SLA and performance. Drive Metrics and performance scorecard
- Work with Travel/Visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passport.
- Primary point of contact with employees, business and stakeholders. Generate and share reports with our internal-clients and other stakeholders
- Communicate change of traveler circumstances to other stakeholders as required
- Stay updated on immigration regulations and best practices. Continuously enhance system knowledge and communication skills to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively engage with customers, addressing their queries and ensuring all necessary documents are arranged and processed efficiently for visa services.
- Work with the team members to continuously improve processes and systems
- Perform any projects/activities assigned by the SAN/SPL
- Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is a requirement.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails, and internal documentation clearly and with the ability to correspond effectively in a business setting.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills to effectively convey information, participate in meetings, and interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Microsoft Excel skills in creating, formatting, and managing complex spreadsheets; using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc..) to analyze and visualize data.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management, data analysis and documentation.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate should have worked with Corporates in the Field of Immigration and looking for a career in this field.
This role will require supporting Middle Eastern countries & shift will be from Sunday to Thursday – 10.00 AM – 8.00 PM
Experience: Minimum of 6-8yrs of experience in handling visas, immigration compliance, and related processes. Preferably with experience in managing visas for Middle Eastern countries.
Educational Qualification: A University degree
