Job Title – Corporate Mobility Analyst, 11 (Analyst)

Good to have skills: Knowledge of immigration and travel industry practices, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel booking systems, would be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
- Mobility team is responsible for the day- to-day service delivery of Mobility services in connection with assigned population of personnel traveling to various countries. Working as part of the Mobility, the role demands that he/she will be required to collect complete documentation from assignees and handle any Mobility queries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Visa Processing and Documentation:
- Process Business & Work visas, ensuring the complete collection of all necessary documentation for invitation letters and work permit applications.
- Stay updated on immigration regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Operations Support:
- Execute assigned Operations activities, including Stealth cases and other DS-related processes, in alignment with established guidelines and SLAs.
- Proactively escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or risks to the Senior Analyst.
Traveler Data Management:
- Accurately create, validate, and update traveler start and end dates in relevant systems.
- Monitor changes to ensure alignment with approvals, travel plans, and program requirements.
- Communicate changes in traveler circumstances to relevant stakeholders as required.
International Remote Work Program Administration:
- Manage end-to-end administration of the program, including:
- Conducting eligibility checks.
- Validating documentation.
- Tracking duration limits.
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Coaching:
- Coach and guide team members at Level 13 and Level 12.
- Monitor team SLA and performance, driving metrics and performance scorecards.
- Work with team members to continuously improve processes and systems.
Stakeholder Coordination and Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, business, and stakeholders.
- Actively engage with customers, addressing queries and ensuring efficient arrangement and processing of visa services.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Process Improvement and Reporting:
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, or improvement opportunities and share recommendations with the Senior Analyst or Service Delivery Lead.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process enhancements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform projects or activities assigned by the Senior Analyst (SAN) or Service Delivery Lead (SPL).
- Support other teams, such as Operations, when required.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails, and internal documentation clearly and with the ability to correspond effectively in a business setting.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills to effectively convey information, participate in meetings, and interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Microsoft Excel skills in creating, formatting, and managing complex spreadsheets; using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc..) to analyze and visualize data.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for case management, data analysis and documentation.
Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate should have worked with Corporates in the Field of Immigration and looking for a career in this field.
Experience: Minimum of 6-8yrs of experience in handling visas, immigration compliance, and related processes. Preferably with experience in managing visas for India.
Educational Qualification: A University degree
