YOUR MISSION:
Lead/participate in a contract management team on a specific project or account.
Work with client engagement teams to assist with day-to-day contract management support and to understand delivery requirements.
Drive process efficiency on current tasks and seek innovative ways to improve performance of the team.
Supervise, mentor and coach junior colleagues on a specific project or account.
Assist with reporting and documenting commercial and contract risks and issues.
Provide support for pre-award sales activities.
Draft/assist with drafting and reviewing contractual documents (Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, NDAs, etc.).
Observe and/or participate in negotiations if needed.
Implement and administer contract management processes.
WHO YOU ARE:

Master's degree (ideally in economics or law).

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a contract manager.

Fluent English (B2+) and German (B2+) language skills.

Demonstrated experience as part of a contract management or procurement team.

Demonstrated experience of managing contract and commercial issues and understanding main commercial principles.

Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and principles and subcontracting practices.

Proficiency using MS Office.

Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Team player, collaborative and persuasive; able to work well with executives and non-executives.
