Job Summary:
Basis the brief provided on the business problem, review and understand client requirements around LMS and learning technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support LMS selection process.
- Support in updating Learning Processes in context of LMS.
- Design, build and configure proposed LMS solutions to meet client requirements (LMSs to consider: CSOD, Saba, other).
- Integrate LMS with other typical systems such as HRIS / core HR in the learning ecosystem.
- Integrate SCORM, AICC or 3rd party content into LMS.
- Build understanding of internal Accenture tools and technologies on offer for clients that augment the LMS.
- Configure / Support indicated SaaS solutions on all typical areas: notifications, translations, user management, reports and analytics, roles and permissions, org setup within LMS etc.
- Create standard and custom reports within LMS.
- Be up-to-date on information about LMSs, LxPs and other learning technology solutions such as Zoomi, Knewton etc.
Willing to cross-skill and learn new LMS and learning technologies
Professional and Technical Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in learning technology, LMSs.
- Strong skills in one or more of the following LMSs: Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SuccessFactors Learning, SumTotal, any other and willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience in Integration and Interfacing of LMS with other Upstream/Downstream Systems
- Experience in configuring standard reports and developing custom reports.
- Experience with programming on client side tech: javascript and/or server-side: Java / PHP / Pythion / Ruby / NET, databases: MySQL / SQL will be a plus
- Content integration or content development experience will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand complex and ambiguous client problems
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Willingness to constantly upskill / cross-skill on other learning technologies.
- Education- Engg. Graduates preferred or, BCA/MCA or, Other graduates with experience in Learn Tech area / LMSs
- Professional Background - Desirable – Bachelors in Computer Science Engg. (other Engg) / BCA / MCA
- Certification in at least one of the following LMSs would be a plus: Cornerstone, Saba or SuccessFactors
