Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Guiderai un team di 2-4 sviluppatori nella realizzazione end-to-end di applicazioni mobili su tecnologia nativa e cross-platform come Flutter e ReactNative
Sarai responsabile della qualità tecnica delle soluzioni, supervisionando l’implementazione e garantendo la scalabilità dei progetti.
Collaborerai attivamente con designer e backend engineer per assicurare coerenza e efficacia nei rilasci.
Supporterai la crescita dei colleghi junior attraverso mentorship e code review.

Le tue caratteristiche

Padronanza avanzata del framework Flutter e/o del framework ReactNative

Esperienza consolidata in almeno una piattaforma nativa: Android o iOS.

Capacità di definire e supervisionare soluzioni tecniche scalabili.

Ottima conoscenza dei pattern di gestione dello stato e dell’integrazione con API REST.

Attitudine alla collaborazione, mentorship e attenzione alla qualità del codice.
