Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Platforms Strategy & Op Model Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of platform strategies and operating models for our clients. You will work closely with senior managers and clients to analyze business needs, research technology trends, and contribute to the design of effective platform solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is eager to grow their expertise in technology strategy and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Strategy Support
- Assist in the development of platform strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive platforms.
- Support platform assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the analysis of client requirements to recommend appropriate platform solutions.
- Help develop business cases and ROI analyses.
Architecture Design and Governance
- Support the analysis of clients’ current-state platform landscapes, including applications, integrations between platforms, and infrastructure components.
- Assist in the development of architectural diagrams, models, and documentation that capture business and technical requirements.
- Support the design of future-state platform architectures, addressing critical gaps and opportunities in the current platform and target platform environment.
Operational Model Support
- Assist in the design and documentation of operating models for platform delivery and operations.
- Support the definition of governance structures, processes, and metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate platform operations with other business functions.
- Contribute to the development of frameworks for platform lifecycle management.
Team Collaboration
- Support and mentor junior analysts, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and scale the team's capabilities in line with business growth.

Skills and Competencies
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of enterprise platforms and technology trends.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Good communication and presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology.
- Exposure to global projects and multi-geography implementations.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to platform implementations.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in consulting, technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to any of the enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a must.
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture skills like TOGAF is preferred
- Certification in Enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce is preferred
