About the Accenture Oracle Business Group

Our Oracle ERP practice delivers large-scale business transformation programmes across Oracle Cloud ERP, working closely with clients to design, implement and optimise modern enterprise solutions.
We are looking for motivated consultants who enjoy working in a client-facing environment, are passionate about solving business challenges, and are keen to build their careers in Oracle Cloud ERP consulting.
What You'll Do
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Analyst, you will:
- Support the design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, Procurement and Projects.
- Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Support functional configuration and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and work effectively as part of a collaborative delivery team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, assets and reusable delivery accelerators.
- Continue developing your Oracle Cloud expertise through project experience, certification and formal learning.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for experience in some of the following:
- Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Knowledge of one or more Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects or Supply Chain.
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution design.
- Exposure to testing, data migration, integrations or system enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within a consulting environment.
Experience within a consulting environment is desirable but not essential.
Set Yourself Apart
- Oracle Cloud certification, or a desire to achieve certification.
- Finance or procurement domain knowledge.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or working towards one.
- Experience working in Agile or project delivery environments.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and delivering value to clients.
