Job Summary
As a Martech Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP ABAP Development. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct MarTech/AdTech capability assessments and provide recommendations on optimizing the stack (including Gen AI capabilities).
Plan and design Martech and AdTech solution architecture, vision, and roadmap.
Gather business requirements and design implementation processes for marketing and advertising tools.
Conduct vendor assessments and recommend new systems and suppliers.
Partner with technology providers and marketing agencies to deliver optimal solutions.
Implement integrations between tools/platforms using APIs.
Understand and communicate the impact of regulations like CCPA and GDPR.
Manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
Lead a team of digital marketing platform specialists.
Drive business development and thought leadership in digital marketing platforms.
Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP concepts and principles.

Experience in developing, maintaining, and debugging SAP ABAP applications.

Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
Additional Information

Strong educational background in computer science or related field.

Proven track record in SAP ABAP Development.
