Good to have skills: SAP Certification is an added advantage
Job Summary:
We are looking for an SAP SD Functional Consultant with 9 to 15 years of S4 HANA experience including 5 years or more of Vistex implementation experience, High-tech industry experience will have additional weightage. The candidate should possess analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving growth and transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a part of the Digital Core & Enterprise Transformation team, you will be expected to support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
- Strong reporting skills with ability to effectively communicate insights and updates to stakeholders.
- Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.
- Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests.
- Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP SD and Vistex landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as an SAP SD functional lead along with Vistex experience and assist with solutions for end-to-end requests for proposal requests
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives
- Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service offerings
- Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations
- Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts as required.
- Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- SAP SD Expert with strong functional and technical knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Rebate Management (Condition Contracts).
- Specialized experience in SAP Vistex, including Rebate Agreements, Chargebacks, MDFs, Incentives, and Content/IP Licensing processes.
- Led 4–5 large-scale S/4HANA or ECC transformation programs with global clients in High-Tech, Semiconductors, Telecom, and IT/ITES industries.
- Delivered end-to-end solution architecture for 4–5 RFPs, integrating SAP SD with Vistex based on leading industry practices.
- Proficient in Vistex configuration, including pricing procedures, accrual management, rebate settlements, and tiered discounts.
- Hands-on with Vistex BAdIs, enhancements, and user exits for custom rebate and incentive logic.
- Strong understanding of FI-CO, RAR integration for accurate revenue recognition and accounting in SD-Vistex scenarios.
- Collaborated with technical teams on middleware integration (PI/PO, CPI) and external platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in Vistex Content Management for digital distribution, royalty, and entitlement use cases.
- Developed thought leadership content and best practices tailored to pricing and incentive strategies in the high-tech sector.
Additional Information:
Experience: Minimum 9-15 year(s) of SAP experience is required including 5 years or more of Vistex experience
Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school is required
