Title: 1641: AI/Data Science Senior Analyst
The Accenture Marketing + Communications Data & Analytics team delivers high value insights and analytics capabilities that empowers Marketing + Communications to be data-driven, deliver relevant experiences, and efficiently operate and optimize for ROI.
This role is responsible for ideating and developing innovative data science and AI solutions to generate actionable recommendations for our client, talent and internal marketing teams. This includes collaborating with senior marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and then leading and partnering with teams of data scientists and engineers to deliver high value, high quality solutions.
Job Specifications / Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of data-driven strategies, contributing to the organization's overall goals and business objectives.
Develop and implement AI/ML models to deliver data-driven insights and innovative solutions for business stakeholders.
Translate data-driven findings into clear and concise recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Enable marketing stakeholders to make strategic recommendations based on insights from data science solutions to help shape the organization's future direction.
Analyze structured as well as unstructured data using advanced analytics and NLP techniques and visualize the findings in an intuitive manner.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and privacy by implementing best practices for data collection, processing, and storage.
Contribute to a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code in Python for model development and automation.
Support the integration of ML models into production using established MLOps practices and pipelines.
Stay curious and engaged with the latest in AI/ML—especially in fast-moving areas like LLM fine-tuning, FastAPI, and agent-based systems.
Experience & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related).
Work Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or data science roles.
B2B marketing analytics a plus
Core Skills Required
Strong programming experience in Python, including use of libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NumPy.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and evaluation metrics.
Proficiency in classical machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
Experience with model deployment and MLOps workflows, including version control, testing, and monitoring pipelines.
Familiarity with SQL for data querying and preprocessing.
Prior experience with digital marketing data sources and technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Sales Force, Sprinklr and Eloqua is strongly preferred. \
English language proficiency
Nice to Have / Bonus Skills
Exposure to FastAPI or building APIs for ML services.
Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, embedding models, or retraining open-source LLMs on domain-specific data.
Early experience or strong interest in Agentic AI and frameworks enabling autonomous agents.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) or tools like Snowflake, BigQuery.
