Job Summary:
This role is in Accenture Research Global Business Operations Team.
We are seeking a business process professional with a strong grasp of data interpretation, a talent for synthesizing insights, and a passion for performance tracking, impact reporting, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be involved in the creation and management of process management tools and reporting for Accenture Research Leadership working closely with multinational and multidisciplinary teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead tracking and lifecycle management of Accenture's global thought leadership publications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and process flow
- Co-develop and maintain global reporting on Accenture Research activities, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries of research output and engagement
- Support the Research Talent agenda through coordination of recruitment, onboarding, training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance management processes
- Act as a key contributor to research operations excellence by implementing efficient processes, monitoring key initiatives, and driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global research and business stakeholders to enhance visibility, impact, and strategic alignment of research outputs
Professional & Technical Skills: - Understanding of process management principles and ability to see processes from a strategic point of view
- Ability to update and manage tracking tools, with strong attention to timing, detail, and results
- Proven ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret complex data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint for effective data presentation and reporting
- Understanding of data structures and Power BI to distill, interpret and synthesize insights
- Comfortable using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) in daily workflows
- Comfortable working with large datasets and performing analysis with accuracy
- Effective communicator with experience in information investigation and presenting findings, also to senior leaders
- Skilled in synthesizing complex information into concise outputs
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives across geographies in a virtual setting
- Collaborative and adaptable working style with a track record of individual contribution
- Self-motivated and organized, able to operate independently without people management responsibilities
- Strong professional qualities: client focus, decisiveness, integrity, resilience under pressure
- Enthusiasm to work effectively in a global, multicultural team
Additional Information:
Reports to: Research Senior Principal in Business Operations team
Location: Hyderabad (preferably) or Chennai, India
Preferred start date: At the earliest.
