Job Summary:
Accenture’s Information Security Corporate Function is responsible for defining and managing our information security strategy, risk management approach, policies, standards, controls, technologies, and processes to safeguard Accenture’s and our clients’ information.By improving our information security capabilities, we help to protect our brand, reputation, client relationships, and financial performance. Accenture’s ISMS framework is organized by Market unit instances and corporate function instances. Each instance is managed by an IS lead. As part of the central ISMS instance support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of ISMS instances in your scope and under the guidance of the IS leads. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, performing verification and validation of the controls, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our organization's information security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up and coordinate with Asset Stewards on ISMS and Data Privacy Control Documentation and Implementation. Review, verify and validate evidence against specific controls, such as Access Control Review, Asset Refresh, Information Security in supplier relationship, protection of records, Data Privacy Controls, and Data Retention etc.
- Perform Review of Assets. Regularly review assets to ensure the appropriate updating of ISMS and Data Privacy controls. Verify that controls are implemented effectively and in accordance with established procedures.
Conduct monthly reviews of access controls for assets. Ensure proper access management practices are followed, and any discrepancies or issues are identified and addressed.
- Conduct Annual Asset Refresh Activity by conducting monthly reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders to update asset information and verify the accuracy of ISMS and Data Privacy controls.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders for Closure of Risk Treatment Actions. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of risk treatment actions identified during risk assessments.
- Follow up on action plans, Improvement plans and provide necessary support to facilitate their completion.
- Contribute to the quarterly IS Leads Audit Program. Validate the overall governance of the audit program and ensure its effective implementation.
- Coordinate with Asset Stewards for ISMS Changes Rolled out by the Global ISMS Team. Act as a liaison between the local IS leads and Asset Stewards. Communicate ISMS changes to Asset Stewards and assist in incorporating these changes into the Archer tool for each asset.
- Address Actions Raised by the Global ISMS Team for the ISMS instances in scope. Manage actions raised by the Global ISMS Team, which may include QA reviews or changes/initiatives to enhance overall security posture. Ensure timely closure of these actions by coordinating with the location team and relevant stakeholders.
Host ISMS awareness sessions for Asset Stewards, Data Governors.

Additional Information:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
