Job Summary:
The Designer is responsible for developing visually engaging and effective designs for marketing campaigns. With 4-6 years of experience, this role requires a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to design for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social. The Designer will work closely with account, strategy, and creative teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

In this role, the Designer will be responsible for developing designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and within budget. Strong design and communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting designs to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality designs that drive business growth.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own creative work, conceptualizing and developing visually compelling solutions that align with brand objectives and drive business results.
  • Develop high-quality designs for various media, including print, digital, and social, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with account, strategy, and creative teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.
  • Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating creative rationale and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements without compromising creative excellence.
  • Oversee all facets of design production and post-production, including working with vendors, printers, and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong visual storytelling abilities through static and motion-based content, ensuring best-in-class execution.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a strategic mindset, ensuring all designs align with marketing objectives and campaign briefs.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven design tools and Gen AI applications.
  • Adapt designs based on client feedback and performance insights to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
  • Uphold content excellence within relevant style guides, legal standards, and UI/UX best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience in branding, creative design, or advertising, preferably within a consulting firm, advertising agency, or leading MNC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design across multiple platforms (print, digital, and social).
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and GenAI tools for design optimization and content generation.
  • Understanding of branding, creative strategy, and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
  • Ability to conduct research and apply insights to enhance visual storytelling and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects.
  • Experience working across diverse industries and managing client relationships at mid to senior levels.

  • Work with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership in the research/insights space. 
  • Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations. 
  • Have strong communication and presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders. 
  • Have strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Have team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals. 
  • Possess strong leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members. 
  • Identify new opportunities, develop solutions and own proposals end to end. 
  • Contribute to offering development skills to identify areas of growth related to specific skills, platforms, assets etc. that contribute to enhancing the brand and creative strategy offering.
