Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can enable growth. As part of the team, We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Design and Digital Products Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of digital products. You will play a key role in driving the strategy, development, and launch of innovative products and features that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. We are looking for the below skill sets/area of experience.
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. Identify new opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and develop a strategic roadmap for design and digital products.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive alignment and collaboration.
- Innovation: Drive innovation and experimentation by testing new ideas and features
- User Research – Deep understanding of UX Research to create personas and identify the best practices & design principles through benchmarking. Experience in performing heuristic evaluation to identify the experience gaps.
- UX/UI Design: Experience in creating wireframes & high-fidelity visual designs using industry standard design tools.
- Usability Testing – Provide guidance to the team in designing & performing user experience test with customers to gather feedback around prototype’s usability , accessibility & desirability.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and digital products. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and KPIs. Analyze metrics and user feedback to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement. Iterate on product features based on user feedback and data insights.
- Conduct comprehensive market assessment analysis to identify market size, trends, disruptors, competitive landscape/strategies and uncover shifting and emerging customer needs. Identify pain points and ideate Concepts to address. Test and learn to refine, validate & prioritize.
- Lead an internal diagnostic to understand current strategy, proprietary gifts, past growth initiatives, results and mindsets of the organization.
- Formulate overall strategy to target growth opportunities by leveraging client, market, and human insights.
- Design initial product vision, user journey, and MVP requirements and operational plan for prioritized concepts
- Quantify value of new propositions and formulate a go-to-market approach. Determine levels of confidence in the value case and a testing plan to reduce risk in the growth opportunity.
- Determine the potential impacts to organization design or operating model to enable growth.
- Define and install growth governance, ways of working & talent strategy
Bring your best skills forward to excel at the role:
- Good Consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations.
- Aside from a keen eye for design details, require having a strong sense of behavioral science: Identify and articulate nuanced insights.
- Drive change by communicating compelling design story to develop and impact the product strategy and design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.
- Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results.
- Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment.
- Exposure to the process of developing capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Relevant experience in the required domain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must have worked on Proposals and contributed to business development work
- Must have managed large teams and support the growth of new offering and capability
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Has an inquisitive nature with a strong desire to learn
- MBA is preferred
