The Practice – A Brief Sketch

The  Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.

The Marketing Transformation Manager is a senior-level position within the Marketing transformation vertical of Accenture GN Song. The individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing, strategizing, designing, developing and implementing Data Monetization use cases and strategies that will empower clients to transform the way they deliver value through Data.

  • As a Data Monetization Manager your core responsibility will be to assist and grow our client portfolio through strategizing and consulting then on various data monetization opportunities and its use cases
  • Always delivering highest service levels, making our clients’ life simple, advising them on how to leverage data to meet their KPIs and increase revenue. Setting the right incentives and providing valuable industry understanding and insights
  • You will position CN- Marketing Transformation practice as a strong premium data strategy organization
  • Empower decision makers to execute based on Realistic, Constrained and Actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills. Ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects
  • Stakeholder management & communication Experience in marketing/selling programmatic digital products, DMP, CDP or comparable SaaS solutions to agencies/trading desks (direct to brand client sales experience is a strong plus)
  • Ability to work with the Capability Network, Market Unit leadership and Advance Analytics teams: Support business development and thought leadership in the data monetization space
  • Communication and Presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders
  • Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
  • Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team members
  • Engaging with client leadership to collaborate on solutions and approaches that enhance their ability to meet business objectives.
  • Supporting new business opportunities through, participating in pitches and RFP responses


Your experience counts!

  • MBA from a tier 1 institute
  • 12+ years of experience selling/marketing programmatic digital products, DMP, CDP or comparable SaaS solutions to agencies/trading desks (direct to brand client sales experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong project management skills to oversee digital marketing transformation initiatives, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure successful implementation
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive alignment towards digital marketing transformation goals.
  • You have proven success in following a consultative sales approach on behalf of your clients
  • Data, mobile advertising and/or platform sales experience is a big plus
  • You have very strong and convincing communication & presentation skills that you can adjust to different hierarchy levels
  • You are willing to travel at least 50% of your time
  • Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore
  • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organization
  • Strong communication and presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders
  • Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams
  • Team building skills to collaborate, work and motivate teams with diverse skills and experience to achieve goals
