Key Responsibilities
Drive client value creation
- Understand the client’s business, priorities and leadership agenda
- Co-create with the client, articulate transformation and drive innovation agenda for the client
- Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/ innovation agenda
Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry
- Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client
Grow the business/account
- Drive sales, revenue and profitability, and responsible for account financials/key commercial processes for the account
- Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to grow business
- Delivery ownership and excellence
Key Skills (Must haves)
- Rich experience with strong network within the banking industry
- Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience as well operated at a senior management level
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience of atleast 7+ years in consulting and account management/ sales experience particularly domestic consulting experience
- Experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred
- Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
- Ability to align organization on complex technical decisions
- Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the team’s potential
- High energy and passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential
- Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparency
- Promotes free thought – is energized by ideas from others in team
- Takes ownership of problems through resolution
Knowledge and skill requirements
- Self-motivated individual with highest levels of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work/ interact with clients in the banking sector
- 7+ years of experience in the banking industry/ FS clients in India
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building & networking skills
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in
management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
