This role will be a part of CS&S SP&A Program Management team. PMO Specialists improve organization performance and achieve program/project goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.
Should be able to lead large global projects from a project management, communication perspective
Act as a point of a contact for projects, initiatives and operations for an assigned area.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, team members, and external partners, to ensure clarity in project goals and expectations
Provide inputs in setting up internal processes and standards with the objective of effective information management and building process efficiencies for the project
Partners with teams in key internal processes and initiatives to achieve positive impact on project management and execution through project planning, understanding client requirements, adherence to timelines and maintaining desired quality standards
Continually improve program/project productivity
Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks clearly and concisely
Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals
Participate in periodical client calls/meetings, understand the operational issues and ensures timely resolution
Able to manage and drive change for large scale programs
Collaborate with geographic teams to meet the needs of strategic initiatives
Create consolidated project status reporting and review project status and identify issues
Support project communications including team calls, materials to keep relevant stakeholders informed/ engaged.
Reporting, presentations development, scheduling meeting, organize meeting agenda, manage meeting notes/minutes, follow-up on programs sponsors/PMOs, consolidate/track/report information, tracking and reporting, process automation, keep files on Teams updated
Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
Ensure project members effectively manage dependencies and schedule
Ensure compliance with deadlines
Ensure peer and/or quality reviews are completed for each deliverable and address findings with the team
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations if applicable
Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
Requires low level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
Lead and manage any assigned adhoc activities within Program Management as and when required
8 - 10 years of relevant experience
Education - Bachelors in any discipline/s
Must Have Skills:
Strong communications skills (including with approach senior level Executives and Managing Directors)
Work with autonomy and proactivity
Focus on details, self-starter and self-driven
Excellent time management and tasks prioritization
Flexibility to work through different time zones when needed
Proficient with PowerPoint presentation and MS Excel reporting
Quick to adapt - able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments
