---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Quality Assurance Sr Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: • Independent QA team takes a step back to understand the rider experience and outcomes holistically and helps the project drive continuous improvement • Drive confidence that vendor QAs are accurate • Extract key insights and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement in ops center RESPONSIBILITIES: • Performs Quality audits to ensure that L1 auditors across locations are aligned with policies and processes • Meet volume and quality targets for all quality assurance audits • Leads calibration procedures and coordinate with site leads and vendors the gaps and opportunities identified • Does dispute management procedures across sites and vendors • Identify root cause analysis for factors contributing high calibration variance • Develop, document and update audit methodologies, checklists and quality parameters to ensure the team is aligned with current quality standards • Validate the correct application of spiels, processes and guidelines aligned with client standards • Serve as policy experts OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard QA Profile • At least 3 years of relevant experience; 1-year supervisory experience
