Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and validation. - Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong knowledge of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Proficient in debugging, testing, and optimizing SAP financial applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
