Custom Software Engineer

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the software. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows. - Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in PeopleSoft Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to PeopleSoft. - Proficient in database management and SQL for effective data handling. - Experience in developing and implementing custom solutions within PeopleSoft environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Development. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
