Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging in comprehensive engineering activities that support the development of technical solutions aimed at addressing complex challenges and fulfilling business goals. This role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner applies a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic understanding, and hands-on experience to deliver effective and innovative engineering outcomes. Daily tasks may include analyzing problems, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that engineering solutions align with organizational objectives and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve engineering processes.
- Support junior colleagues by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
