The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting to evolving project requirements, ensuring that the software meets the unique needs of the business while maintaining high performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Experience with integration of cloud-based payroll systems and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payroll integrations.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards relevant to payroll processing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
