This role requires active engagement in analyzing existing processes and proposing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the applications developed effectively support business operations and enhance overall efficiency. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical design activities with communication and coordination efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience with SAP HANA database concepts and optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance tuning in SAP ABAP.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
