Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software components to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the work, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions clearly and comprehensively.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with backend services.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
