As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of product delivery, ensuring that all stages maintain high standards of quality and integrity. Collaboration with diverse teams across different organizational levels is essential to meet established cost, quality, control, and delivery objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project phases.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proposing timely corrective actions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and process optimization.
- Experience in coordinating resources and technologies to support operational goals.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and implement improvements to meet delivery targets.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams.
- Capability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting product delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
