Good To Have Skills Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time Labor, Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. Strong understanding of application development methodologies. Experience with integration of various HCM modules. Familiarity with user interface design principles. Professional Attributes : Work independently and grow as an SME – Actively participate in team discussions – Provide solutions to work-related problems – Assist in documenting processes and workflows – Continuously learn to stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.
