As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within cloud-based human capital management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to time and labor management modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of cloud applications to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15yrs fulltime education in B.Tech is required.
