Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored effectively, supporting seamless business operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The workday is dynamic, involving problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adapting applications to evolving business demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications smoothly into existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong experience in application design and development within enterprise environments.
- Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
