As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting applications to support organizational goals effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect applications with other systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess application performance and recommend enhancements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
