Your role involves collaborating with teams, developing and testing features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless application performance. You’ll also work to enhance user experience and continuously improve processes and solutions. Technical Experience : - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.- Experience with application configuration and customization.- Familiarity with integration techniques for various business applications.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Professional Attributes : Expected to work independently and develop SME expertise, actively contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work challenges, assist in documenting processes, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices. Educational Qualification: 15yrs mandatory education Additional Information : The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Kronos.
