Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed are both functional and efficient, supporting the overall business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document application configurations and development processes to maintain clear and accessible records.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP MDG workflows and data quality controls.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
