Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing and designing technology solutions, and implementing best practices that enhance both Accenture's and the client's strategic objectives. You will leverage your expertise to shape delivery engagements and contribute to the overall success of projects, ensuring that emerging ideas are brought to life effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
