This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that serves as a reliable source of truth, enabling the organization to transform data into actionable insights. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data initiatives align with business goals, ultimately driving operational efficiency and fostering a competitive edge in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align data strategy with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and processes.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data security standards and governance policies.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
