Summary:
As a Data Science Practitioner, a typical day involves developing and implementing advanced decision-making frameworks that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive meaningful business results. This role requires continuous evaluation of model performance and effectiveness, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical approaches is a key aspect of daily activities. The position also involves monitoring the impact of deployed models and refining them to enhance accuracy and value over time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in documenting methodologies and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques including cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques.
- Competence in using programming languages and tools commonly associated with data science workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
