Summary:
As an AI Native Full Stack Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications and AI-enabled solutions using Python, React, Node.js, and cloud technologies. The role focuses on building production-ready frontend and backend services, REST APIs, and GenAI/LLM-powered applications across Azure and AWS environments. The engineer will work across the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for production deployment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME and collaborate with the team to design and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
- Responsible for technical decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, and AI-enabled application components.
- Design and develop scalable web applications using Python, React, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.
- Build and integrate GenAI/LLM-based capabilities using frameworks such as LangChain and NLP technologies.
- Develop and deploy applications across AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with databases and search technologies including PostgreSQL and OpenSearch.
- Perform application performance and load testing using tools such as Locust.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot application, API, cloud, and integration issues across the full technology stack.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement engineering best practices for scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.
- Mentor junior team members and support effective delivery across project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Python, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Application Development, and REST APIs.
- Strong backend development experience using Python and FastAPI.
- Strong frontend development experience using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and building scalable API-based applications.
- Strong working experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Experience in developing and integrating GenAI/LLM-based applications.
- Experience with LangChain, NLP, and AI application integration.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and deployment.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch.
- Good understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, API integration, and application deployment.
- Experience with application performance/load testing using Locust is preferred.
- Experience with AWS AgentCore or similar AI/cloud services is an added advantage.
- Exposure to VOIP/FreeSWITCH and SMPP/Jasmin is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting, design, development, and problem-solving skills in full-stack cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have strong hands-on development experience in Python and Full Stack application development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
