Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative business and system integration services aimed at delivering effective solutions. This role requires understanding and interpreting customer needs to develop tailored business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions on transformation initiatives, guiding the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with client requirements is a key focus, alongside maintaining clear communication and coordination with various stakeholders to support seamless integration processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Watsonx.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies.
- Familiarity with various integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Watsonx.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
