Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, ensuring that architectural frameworks align with organizational goals and facilitate seamless integration across various components. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to refine and implement architectural strategies is a key part of daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and technological excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Drive the development of best practices and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Mentor junior professionals to support their growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience with integration of diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
