Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, while ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and effective problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous testing and review practices.
- Skilled in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex software issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
