Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You actively contribute to planning sessions that integrate various disciplines and ecosystems, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous testing activities focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Engaging in code reviews and defect monitoring, you support ongoing improvements to testing processes, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency throughout the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize testing frameworks and automation tools to improve overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Good to have experience in BDD cucumber
- Good to have experience in Selenium with Java
- Good to have experience with GitHub copilot
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Playwright.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to develop and maintain regression, security, and API test suites.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation best practices.
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at Pune client office.
- Should be ready to work in shift B 12-9:30 PM
- A 15 years full time education is required.
