Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, your day involves creating and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into every stage of development. You will engage in designing, building, and deploying applications that leverage AI capabilities, ensuring that these solutions meet production standards. Your role includes continuously refining processes to enhance software quality and operational efficiency, while collaborating with various teams to align AI-driven innovations with project goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on advancing how software is engineered and maintained through AI-centric methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components seamlessly into software products.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of AI-driven applications.
- Document development processes and share knowledge to support team growth and project continuity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-native software solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI lifecycle management including development, validation, and deployment.
- Ability to maintain software quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices in AI software engineering.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
