Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective solution delivery is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in client environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and configuration management within ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
