As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP EWM environments effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.
- Competence in designing scalable and maintainable software components within SAP landscapes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
