AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps, Infrastructure As Code (IaC), GitLab CI/CD, security scanning (SAST/DAST),Azure Container Regi, Compliance and audit logging, Azure Policy, RBAC

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing application pipelines that are production-ready, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer integrates generative AI models into solutions and works on diverse AI technologies such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational efficiency is a key part of daily activities, along with continuous innovation to enhance AI-driven functionalities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Infrastructure As Code (IaC), GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong experience in designing and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure management and automation.
- Ability to implement scalable and secure AI/ML workflows in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support AI applications.
- Experience in monitoring and optimizing AI model performance in production settings.
Must Need Knowledge In:
Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipeline design
Microsoft Defender for DevOps, security scanning (SAST/DAST)
Azure Container Registry, AKS, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform)
Compliance and audit logging, Azure Policy, RBAC
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
