Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and workflows of an organization to understand how its processes and systems operate. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and communication with various stakeholders are essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding and effective design of business processes and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Lead the documentation and validation of business requirements to support project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate business requirements and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirements management and documentation.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
