Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and software quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial and controlling modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing cost accounting and management accounting solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom software engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
