Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The work environment encourages adopting new technologies and methodologies, focusing on cloud-based and agile approaches to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Apply approved AI coding assistants to Node.js services and JavaScript/TypeScript APIs for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit/integration testing. Validate generated code for correctness, security, asynchronous control flow, event-loop behavior, error handling, dependency risk, and performance before merge protect client data and retain human review accountability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-code review, and automated test validation. Ability to integrate LLM APIs into Node.js services, implement structured outputs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and handle streaming responses, timeouts, retries, and asynchronous errors. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, LLM SDKs/APIs, and project-approved retrieval/vector-store integrations framework examples include LangChain.js. Testing examples: Jest and Supertest. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.
Experience with server-side development and building scalable web applications.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
Knowledge of database systems and data modeling.
Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Managerial Skills: Lead Node.js delivery planning, estimation, workload allocation, release coordination, and dependency management communicate delivery risks and progress to stakeholders and mentor engineers in engineering standards.
Architectural Skills: Design scalable Node.js services with clear API contracts, asynchronous and event-driven patterns, service boundaries, and data models evaluate event-loop constraints, resilience, security, observability, and deployment options, and document architectural trade-offs.
-Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
